Payment Terms
Full payment is due on booking reservation.

Cancellation
Full refund of the amount paid if notice of cancellation is given up to one month before the date of arrival.

If notice of cancellation is given up to 7 days before date of arrival, a 3-day cancellation fee applies.

No refund will be given if notice of cancellation is given within 7 days from date of arrival and in the case of no-shows.

Security
All credit card and customer details are encrypted when entered in the booking engine.
